This is pretty unsettling news, just thought I would voice my opinion.


This summer I asked a well known ( I'd like to say who, but don't have that
permission... ) fly shop owner and very active conservationist in trout
stream protection, "Besides sending a check to the right groups, what can I
do, as an individual, to help protect this area's trout streams and
ecology."

Without hesitation the answer came, "Work to get Bush out of office."



Says a lot to me, in one of the most Republican states there is, and from
people that have no visible history of partisanship in their efforts to
protect some great fisheries, but do have good access to knowledge of the
sneaky changes being made in policies that affect all public lands.
