The Missouri is most certainly a "must do" fishing destination .... I've
only been there one trip, but plan to go back again this summer for a
couple, three, weeks LOTS of rising fish, biggest pods anywhere I've
ever been, LOTS of big fish if you learn how and where to look, but, LOTS

people at peak times, LOTS of drift boats, and it ain't exactly pristine
wilderness ... the freeway is the view. Also, I was interested in

mentioning "lighting" in his TR ... my strongest memory of fishing there

eyestrain ... there is something about the Prairie lighting that makes

smooth water look choppy, and those little Tricos impossible to see ...



I think he left out the part about the wind too. Some of my most vivid
memories of the mighty Mo have to do with **&!1$%%# wind.
