Default OT - happy halloween

today, in prestopans, scotland, all accused witches and their cats who
were executed in the township in the 16th and 17th century -
approximately 81 people, no mention of the number of cats - will be
pardoned. the pardons are being granted under ancient feudal powers due
to be abolished within weeks. the ceremony will mark the inaugural
"witches' remembrance day".

witches exist... and that not all witchcraft is bad)
