Girdle Bug for me -- I have caught one steelhead, numerous trout, whitefish,
smallmouth bass, largemouth bass (okay is was only 1/2 pound, at most),
crappie, bluegill, and a few perch.

OK, so I have to look like a smat ass and pick one of my flies, but
the weamer pattern has taken more different species for me than any
other fly. So there . . .
