Default Sometimes, it just doesn't make any sense

to quote Buckaroo Bonsai, while in the fifth dimension and aligned with the
red lectroids battling Emilio Lezardo "no matter where you go, there you
are".
I too have wished it possible to be in two places at one time, fishing two
presentations at the same time too Rich ;-)

Last weekend, I killed 'em in 44 degree water. Everything pretty much
stayed the same since then. Went out Friday in a tiresome, but not
overwhelming wind, and got worked my hiney off for one good fish in
better than 3 hours. Yesterday, it was a bit warmer and I felt only the
gentlest of breezes in the AM. There were at least 8 bass boats on the
lake. I got one a little over 4 pounds, and one about 12", and those
were the only 2 bass caught. Talked to all my regular contacts, and
pretty much no-one caught bass yesterday, although there were a lot of
folks trying to take advantage of the nice weather.

Then I talked to a buddy who fishes the NYC reservoirs system. He and
his regular fishing partner fished Fri and Sat and got a LOAD of LM,
with many over 4 pounds. I've known this guy for 40 years and take his
word as gospel. The wierd thing is, he couldn't get bit LAST weeekend,
when I could do no wrong.
