I hear that, one of the reasons I won't move, especially from the mountains
here. I have not had to use an air conditioner since I have been up here.
Summer is just perfect as could be.

It's corny and cliched, but as most cliches are, it's true...you can't
appreciate a nice summer unless you've lived through a brutal winter.
Something the boys down south will never get.

Btw, Steve, my Dad has used the saying 'Here, fishy, fishy, fishy" as
long as I can remember...with varying results LoL
