Somehow, I wound up getting the catalogs from "Sportsman's Guide"
(www.sportsmansguide.com), and while a good bit of their stuff seems, well, just
poor value - junk, useless, and/or overpriced, they do seem to have pretty good
deals, for some odd reason, on contract overrun/surplus Euro military
under-gear/-wear that you might find useful.

I've got a friend who has shopped there, both at their retail outlet
and online. He says they'll rip you off at the final register if they
can. Specials wind up showing as regular price on the sales slip.
He's into old and new military stuff and says that you have to be very
alert when the final amount shows up and carefully total it and stay
aware of their specials when before you pay.
