weather was perfect for a day of fishing the bay . I gave my father a
call to see if he wanted to go , he jumped at the idea and off we
went. we started working an area north of cut channel I put the baits
out and was just getting relaxed when the WWB chart strech gets bit .
hand the rod to the old man and he gets a nice fat 40 in rock to the
boat. set everything back out and trolled for about 20 min got a nice
hit on atomic on short rigger. its my turn in the pit, fish is 40 in
just like dads and looks like it came out the same mold . we fished
another 2hrs with one other bite that we pulled off . all in all it
was nice getting dad to fish for a day and it turned out to be a good
day after all.
