2000's in disguise.

There's really no reason why you couldn't do it yourself. If you have any
mechanical aptitude at all, it's not really difficult to do yourself and
save some $$$.

Otherwise, check with some local bait & tackle shops, usually there's
someone locally that does reel maintenance/repair. You can figure on $5-$10
per reel usually.
