I've got a ton of questions after reading through that document,
but I don't want to wear out your generosity, so I'm doing some
research on Google and such. If I may, just one question: Any idea
what government office would I start with to check if Purco has a
permit for collection services in Wyoming? Department of Finance
in Wyoming? I'm surfing around but have yet to find the
appropriate starting point.

Mike

I would try their state's attorney generals office.

Mark

They weren't on this list, at least not as Purco. However, you may
want to look at it more closely.

Yeah didn't see them there. I only see listings for Businesses
located in Wyoming, maybe we wouldn't see them on this list if they
are out of state, or they don't license to out of state agencies and
are listed with a different name (as you alluded to).

Mike

Mike-

If it turns out that they're not allowed to do what they are doing, how
do you think this will fix your problem? You'll need to take them to
court to get them to stop.
