Default nc bass fishing - no fish here, butfound along the way to bassvalhalla.

thanks mark... since i was on private property and didn't know the
story behind the thing i figured i shouldn't mess with it. the farm is
huge, and the owner leases hunting rights to a select group (i'm not
one)for a big fee....they kill a lot of bear, deer, ducks, swan and
geese on that property. i've no interest in the killing, just the
wildlife viewing (which is terrific), and the catching and releasing of
fish. i treat it like a little piece of yellowstone in carolina, and
don't remove anything...well, except, one very fine 8 pound bass i had
mounted. g

deer...dead people. don't know if you can read the first marker -
rebecca cahoon, born 1780 died 1854. way out in the middle of nowhere,
nc. as fine a burial spot as a body could want. about a mile down the
gravel road is d. squire's marker. "died as he lived. a good man".
