Most of the states have a 12" limit, however some have slot limits at

times of the year and other states (PA for one) has a 15" limit in some
waters


Indiana has a 14" limit statewide for Black Bass (all varieties). Rivers
are 12". Several exceptions for individual lakes, mostly utilizing a
12"-15" slot limit or larger limits of 15", 16" or 18". One lake in Indiana
has a 20" limit, with a one fish bag limit.
