Before I left U.S. Steel, I came up with a simple "cheap" method to turn

Of course U.S. Steel has kept a lid on this for 10 years, I would be
willing to share this now with any company or country.

especally if it upsets a very profitable established enterprise , its
likely to be attacked to protect vested interest
