Default Fine Japanese site even better now

A Japanese FFing site by Yoshikazu Fujioka was mentioned here a while
ago. It was pretty good. It seems to have been updated and is now
quite excellent:

http://www.itow.com/amago/index2.html

Terrific fish portraits in Trout1, Trout2, Trout3, Trout4, Amago, Iwana.

There's a lot of very cool stuff here, much of it got to through the
"My Best Streams" link, and the writing, especially in "Profile," is
wonderful.

That is a nice site, I hadn't looked at in a while. I wanted to try tenkara
fishing when I was in Japan but was mostly there out of season and never got a
chance.

Ditto that. I made several of his paper craft projects last summer, and
they are very, very cool. Something different to do in front of the fire on
a winter night when you are tired of tying flies.
