Default Zebco Hawg?

In my gearbox, I found a real called a "Zebco Hawg". Don't know how it got
there but it looks like it might be a decent spare. HOWEVER . . . . I
can't find a drag on the thing? It is loaded with 20 lb line which suggests
that it might be used for something large enough to need a drag.

Anyone know anything about this model?

It has no drag if I recall correctly. I had a couple of them several years
ago. They were supposed to be a catfishing reel or soemthing like that. I
bought them thinking they would make a cool heavy spincaster for soem
applications. I never used them,a nd sold them at my very next yard sale .

CT is 15 bucks for a resident license, but that would be like buying a
license for one county in Texas. Fresh water only, no license needed in SW
up here.

But I also have to buy (at a minimum) VT (38 bucks, I seem to recall) and
NY ($40) to fish the waters I fish every season.
