Default ot converting bow mounted trolling motor

Is it possible to convert a trolling motor from bow mount to transom mount?
I have a Minn Kota Endura 30 on a Pond Prowler (one of those rectangular
plastic slab of a boat for two people). I find it very difficult to steer
from the front, perhaps because the boat is so short, I dunno, so I was
wondering if it could be mounted on the transom. I don't have an owner's
manual...bought it used.

Thanks.
Keith
