Default mono legs

I would appreciate any tips on attaching monofiliment legs
to a fly. Iv criscrossed, superglued, and still am not happy with the
results. I want them to stay without moving or shifting

Melt slightly at the tie-in-point. ( Cauteriser). When warm, stretch
slightly. These will not slip or fall out.
