Hi
I'm thinking of buying a new rod and want something that isn't to soft and has a good bite detection. I've always fancied a Conoflex. Is there something in the range that would be suitable? TIA Steve

Have a look at Greys and Century first, I have a century compressor match
bite detection is good and the rods are well made

m thinking of buying a new rod and want something that isn't to soft and
has a good bite detection. F/S or multiplier, how much do you want to pay etc. Loads of rods on the market at varying prices from "cheap as chips" to "bloody heck, I can't afford that". I'm sure Conoflex will have one to suit if that's your favourite brand but look around first, you may find a bargain, cheers, Norman.
