Default Happy Earth Day

I think I'll celebrate this evening by taking Mason, my 7 year old
son, for a walk down the Ice Age Trail. Maybe we'll walk down to the
rive, turn over a few rocks and look for stoefly nymphs. If we find
any I'll point out to him that when the first Earth Day was celebrated
the river that the nymphs live in now was an open sewer and probably
hosted few if any Plecopterans. Things have gotten better in many
ways.

Happy Earth Day guys.

Becky found a bird's egg of some kind while on an Earth Day cleanup outing
with her students this morning. It's probably too late to save it, but
we've got it in a cardboard box with a light bulb for heat. We'll see what
happens.

Meanwhile, we are about to head down to the lakefront for some sort of
celebration sponsored by the Sierra Club.

Happy Earth Day guys.

Gaylord roolz!

Wolfgang

stream he has been on in se curdistan since acquiring a kayak......there may
