can anyone tell me where to go night fishing in northants or west midlands because i hav'nt got a clue.im new to fishing and dont no where to go

Carp to high 20s, tench to about 10lb and pike over 20. Max 3 rods, unhooking mats must be used, no bait or rig restrictions.
