Tampa Bay / St. Petersburg Fl, Fishing Report:
The fishing at the St. Petersburg beaches is starting to improve. There's still some red tide there, but hardly any dead fish, and the red tide was barely making my throat tickle. More importantly, the smaller little fish, like whiting where there, not there usual numbers but there was some food for the snook. And there was some snook! I landed a 24" snook ad a small jack. I also lost three snook! Two were because my knots gave way. rrrrgh! totally my fault. I guess I'm going back to knot tying school!
