There's a table on my website listing Free Fishing Days for every state. In

(of course, it HAS to be bigger)... declared a free fishing year within it's state parks from Labor day 2003 until August 31, 2004. This applies only within the state park system, and size and bag limits do still apply, but it allows someone to fish without buying a license. http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/familyfish/ |
