Does Penn offer licenses over the counter or are they by application only? If over the counter, I'd be more than willing to help you out with your problem. -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |

You try and get a hook in him? I imagine you might have a little trouble explaining why all those scales look like fur, but if you need help with that I'm sure Joe can put a good spin on it. -- Bob La Londe www.YumaBassMan.com |

Having spent time in the mountains prospecting, I think I am some what
of an expert on bears. Some advice: When you are in bear country you should wear little bells on your clothing to alert the bear of your approach, so as not to startle them. Also carry a can of pepper spray in case of an encounter. You should also learn to tell the difference between black bear droppings and grizzly droppings....black bear droppings have berries, and maybe some rabbit fur in them....grizzly droppings have little bells in them and smell like pepper spray! Also, if you are hiking with a friend, sneak a pair of running shoes in your back pack....naturally, you can't outrun the bear, but you don't need to, you just need to outrun your friend! JK |
