Caught My First Gar!
Alligator Gar. 'Bout a 26-incher. Caught him on a gold 0.5 oz. wob-l-rite
w/wire leader. Hell of a fight! Jumping out the water and everything. Also caught three bass, a redfish, a large black drum, a large flounder and a catfish. All caught on the wob-l-rite. Excellent day of fishing. Lake Pontchartrain South Shore at the mouth of the Wilson Canal.
