Default monsoon season

.....in Eastern PA. I am glad that I got all my pending serious projects out
of the way before yesterday was over, but I would have liked to have done
SOME fishing before the weekend was over. Still, my decisions to pass on
either of two road-trip possibilities looks wise.
Travel appears to be a bitch, and IJ seems to assure that the NC weather
sucks as badly as ours does.

p.s. we DO need the rain, OTOH...

State College got 3.37 inches of rain yesterday, and is getting more.

The flow at Penns Creek shot up from 40 cf/s to1100, but has already
started back down.
