Hey guy. I was thinking about getting another baitcasting setup.
I wanna put another Curado on a 7' medium or medium/heavy rod. Most of my rods are either St. Croix, Shimano and one Bass Pro Shops. The BPS Extreme series rod I have right now does me well. But how does it compare to a Gander Mountain series rod? Anybody? Thanks... |

Thanks... For a factory built line of rods, the Gander Guide Series of rods are decent enough. But if you're going to be spending the money on a good reel, why not put it on a good rod? If you already have St. Croix and Shimano, look at those rods again. The Avid series are pretty darned good for the money. -- Steve @ OutdoorFrontiers http://www.outdoorfrontiers.com G & S Guide Service and Custom Rods http://www.herefishyfishy.com |
