Default socal fishing

The offshore water temp. is 79, and if you can find a kelp patty anywhere
past 4 miles out,the yellowtail and dorado are slamming almost anything you
throw at them.We don't usually get this kind of fishing untill October. Also
there are huge schools of dolphin, and the occasional blue whale.
