between male circumcision and risk of HIV in differing contexts, which is
key to determining the reproducibility and application of the Orange Farm
findings," said Dr Kevin de Cock, head of the World Health Organisation's
HIV/Aids programme.

Someone should ask Doc de Cock if placing a sock on de cock would do the
block, or is that just a crock?
