Last couple of outings i did very poorly on fishing. I attribute to the time
when an oriental guy who could hardly speak english asked if i caught any fish.
I replied one and he rudely wanted to immediately know how many pounds. I
viewed the lad as an rude opportunist trying to somehow capitalize on my
fishing success. I kind of waved him off without replying. This event threw off
my concentration and the outings since have been poor. I'm going to take a
break for a day or two and somehow regain the foward momentum

So this guy jacked your fishing? Uhm, when you write a book of your interesting
fishing experiences Al, you should probably leave this one out. Along with all
the others you've 'shared' with us.

When you are on these "outings" of yours, don't you think there is a whole
newsgroup, here, that wonders those same thing as that..... ABOUT YOU ?

"An oriental guy who could hardly speak English"....once again
WHAT ABOUT YOU?

"Rude opportunist"......WHAT ABOUT YOU?

What's the name of your home lake? Huh?

You are a piece of work, take a good look at yourself before pointing your
dirt encrusted fingers at anyone! You have just defined "knob" in the
truest form, better than any dictionary at least. I think you should find
that gentleman and apologise to him first, it will clear up your backslide
to an even lower lifeform.

Stony
You let it slip once that your a saturday morn only angler. So please don't
offer me any advice i fish five to seven days a week. I wouldn't aplologize
either to the ignorant little jerk. He showed no courtesy whatever and was
basically trying to move in on my fishing opportunities. When he didn't get any
info he scrammed. The whole episode caused a downward slide in my performance.

But fishing 1 day a week for just 1 summer with a brain beats 5-7 days a
week for 20 years with no brain.

Keep up the posting Stony, some of us do learn from others.

What "fishing opportunities"? As far as courtesy, he was not the one with no
courtesy. You can only act the way you were taught by your parents. And that
is a scary thought! At least he left smarter after learning that you know
less than nothing.

So Basically your saying that he came to you for information and you blew
him off?
maybe we should send this post to all the independant
tackle shop owners in your area so when you come into their stores they can
blow you off too
and then they can post here and tell us all what an ignorant jerk you really
are
here is a great word you should look up SPORTSMANSHIP.
and as a Fellow Canadian you embarras the crap outta me.
When will you realize that you are a major pain here
your stories are recycled every year you have no point to any of your posts
why are you here? because simply no one else will have you
you had an oppoutunity about a year ago to fish with a member of this group
and you passed it up with no explanaination so again why post here?
no one cares what you write you simply write your drivel and start crap in
here that goes on and on. so isnt it time for you to move on?
god i hope so.

Bite me bigot! Where in that post did I offer you any advise on fishing ?
Sometimes, most of the time, you can be thick as a brick. Don't give us the
5-7 day BS as we know you could not fish that often and still have the
infinite stupid posts you put on this board. What hat? Prize lure?
INDEED!
So what is your home lake??????????
