Excitement is building as I sit tying flies. Looking out the window at
the melting snow gives testament to the coming season. I am a guide in Atlantic Canada who guides and fishes mostly in the Miramichi river system and the Margaree in Nova Scotia. I wish you all the best for the coming season. Have fun and practice conservation. |

Have fun and practice conservation. Yeah, I've been filling the fly boxes myself and getting all the reels and lines prepared and ready to go - hell, I even washed my vest! The last few days here in New England have been *awesome*, but we're hunkering down for another cold spell now. The banks along the rivers still have ice on them and would make for fast access to the water at this stage. ![]() C'mon Spring! -- TL, Tim -------------------------http://css.sbcma.com/timj You washed your vest????? Never, ever wash your vest or your hat. You're going to have to figure out some pennance to apease the fishing gods, or you won't catch much this year. |

I've had that vest for many years, and it got so I can't tell what color it is or stand the smell - and *this* from a guy that handles fish! So the bottom line is this, George: When the Western Mass. fashion police have to choose between you and me for the best dressed category, you'll be singin' a different tune then, my friend. -- TL, Tim ------------------------- http://css.sbcma.com/timj |
