Al Troth's Hair Hopper & Hair Cricket

Does anyone have recipes for these now forgotten Al Troth patterns? I sort
of know what they look like, thanks to small, not-very-sharp,
black-and-white pictures in his 1992 catalog, but I don't know what
materials he used.

Gary,
I don't have the pattern, but from the photos I'll direct you to it
shouldn't be hard to make out the materials used. Go to YouTube.com
and search on Al Troth. There is one video, around seven minutes long
and in the video the camera pans some of Al's flies, including the
cricket and hopper. You can pause when you get to the cricket and
hopper
