Default An oldie but a goodie, Mike Connor's "last post"

OK, OK, I admit it - I was curious how many "last posts" Mike has made
over the years, so I Googled (without verifying every one was a true
"last post," it appears there have been 72 or so...)

The first hit was, IMO, the mother of all famous last posts, the Charles
Dickens-meets-Jerry Bruckheimer "Nun-beater Manifesto: Cold Steel
Orphan"...

http://groups.google.com/group/rec.o...f831df8?&hl=en

It's typical Connor length, and so, I didn't read it all (and don't
recall if I did the first time around)...there may actually be something
"on-topic" in it...

I think that was the next departure post. Perhaps, I am
confused.

Me, too...I thought it was Chicago...speaking of which, I've heard that
either Nathan Lane or Leslie Jordan is going to play Mike in the
movie..."A Lover Rams Through ****"...

TC,

......as I bid goodbye to a spew of my morning coffee, thanks Rick! Although,
I'm thinking Julie Andrews a la
Victor/Victoria could handle the role adequately. More realistic in the
fight scenes, dontcha know?
