How much can i do with a 12 ft. Jon?

I know this reply is a little late, but I have fished out of a 12' jon
boat for about fifteen years. I put a 3/4" platform in the bottom
between the front seat and the bow. This allowed me to mount a swivel
seat on a short pedestal.

I can actually stand up in this boat while fishing alone, but I
wouldn't try it with someone else in the boat. The seat is low enough
that, as long as I remain seated, I can fish safely with another
person in the boat.
