Mitchell spinner lure?

I've been going through some old tackle that I was fortunate enough to
inherit from a friend's grandfather who knows I am an avid fisherman.

Among the stuff I found a couple of small spinners with the "Mitchell" label
on the spinner blade in the same script as on the old Mitchell reels.

I haven't been able to dig up any info at all about these spinners and I
wasn't aware that the Mitchell company ever made any lures, if indeed it is
the same company as makes the reels.

Does anyone know anything in regards to these small spinners?
