Water levels are extremely low in most parts of the northwestern parts of NC. I live in Lenoir, NC and fish the waters around Caldwell, Burke, Ashe, Avery, and Watauga Counties, but haven't been fishin' in well over two months because of the low water levels--trout are already stressed enough without being hooked in the lip--IMMHO. Hopefully, we will get some rain during the Fall and fishin' conditions will improve! Op |

Try the Watauga or Telico in TN. Not a long drive and both are
tailwaters with consistent releases. Opus--Mark H. Bowen wrote: "kgmandywood" wrote in message oups.com... Hi, I am a newbie.
