I'm the chap that posted the problem in receiving your catalogs. Do you have an e-mail address, to you, that you can post ? I certainly do not wish to go to your Customer Service site, again, as I've wasted enough time with the on-line ordering site, as well as the customer service (thru a human) phone. Thank you, R.
