Hillary/roscoe Flood

I don't want to turn this into a big political discussion on a fly
fishing forum but have a question. During the recent years floods in
Roscoe and Livingston Manner I know Hillary showed up for some photos.
My question is, did she promise anything to the people of Sullivan
County and did she follow through ?
I am not saying if I am or am not a Hillary guy, just asking the
question. If she did good for her and she should reap the benefits, if
not, she should get credit for that as well.
