Howdy,

I'm doing laundry across the street from Blue Ribbon, with a local
bum outside

http://www.kimshew.com/flyfish/photos/doinglaundry.jpg

so I figured I'd check in on the free WiFi.

The fishing has been fairly slow ( Park season opens tomorrow ) the
weather consistently nasty, snow, rain, wind, Wind, WIND and quite
often more wind.

I'm picking up a few fish ( 5 yesterday in three hours, all good
sized and in good condition ) sight fishing along the shore of Hebgen
with midge pupa in the brief periods when the conditions allow seeing
into the water. Most of the fishing time is waiting time, hoping for
the wind to lay down.

There has been a grizzly mom and two cute babies across 150 yards of
lake water right were I'm camped, I've seen her twice. Apparently
they saw a different one on the campground side yesterday too.
Kinda cool ! g (long as they stay where they are ;-)

Hope all the Penns clavers are catching a ton of fish, especially
Frank and his new rod

Larry L
