If it works, this is an intown house, off flood plain in recovering
lumber mill town on coast. Minutes from beaches, best steelhead rivers
in WA 5 to15 minutes, freeways connect to I-5, explore WA and Or
coasts and rivers. Even cheaper mill houses down on flats, but this
one is sewn up exterior, and interior under rehab. And for a few
hundred you can buy former mill exec houses that would go for 500k -2
mill easy in Pugetopolis. Incredible 8 months, then 3-4 Winter sun
challenged. One of the last great areas for deals on the NW coast. Air
connect via either Seatac or Portland airport. $27k Yep, $27k
