No big deal. A short trip to the local tailwater. Fished 3 hours, caught 3
'bows from 11"-14" bouncing a sparkle pupa on the bottom. Air temp 63, water
temp 42. Fished the "secret spot", had plenty of company. Tested a new reel and
line on my refinished Sage 5wt, also tested a pair of fleece wading pants. All
worked well and I stayed warm and cozy in the cold water. Nothing special, but
it was so good to get out again I had to tell somebody. {:-)

Two people told me last night that the whole area was devoid of fish. I
chuckled under my breath and agreedg

I would have thought so today. What a nice afternoon.

Bastid! I was tearing down a fence and raking the yard.
