Hi,
I've just returned to fishing after a five year break, and I'm planning on getting a new pole. I want an all-rounder type pole, something that will be useable for small silver fish on canals, but will also handle bigger fish at commercial fisheries. I've seen adverts for the MAP M-SIXTEEN 16M pole for 350 GBP, which is the price range I'm looking at. It comes with a top 3 kit rated at 12 elastic plus 3 x Power Top 2 kits (rated to 18) and also a holdall. Can anyone give any views on this pole, good or bad. Or can anyone recommend any alternatives in this price range. Thanks, Gav. |
