A 9/10 titanium fly rod is $1200. Who would pay that much? They have a quote from a "joe Dickey", is this guy anyone famous? -- Somewhere in Texas a village is missing their Idiot. |

I recently bought a Reddington 9' 5 weight, on clearance for $150.00 (marked down from $295.00, because $age bought Reddington, and was discontinuing all the old blank number$), amazingly, it fi$hed better than my cherished $age RPL 950, graphite III, ($595.00, when purchased), with a Orvis ($65.00) (latest coating) WF F line, that my favorite fly shop owner ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$) $pooled up, on my latest reel purchase$. I believe that what you $pend has no effect on how you fish$, but I may be mi$guided in thi$ opinion, $o if you believe $o... plea$e $end me a $ample rod, I promi$e to fi$h it a year and report back my unbiased opinion. $kwala |

No. Don't have that much disposable income. I would buy more at the "show special" price, but right now, they're overpriced. Your rod is $650 now. $280 is actually a very reasonable price. Their web site prices put them in the same category as "march brown".
