Well, I have been using Kinamis, Mesa tackle stick worms, Swee****er Tackle,
and, and Yum. Each has its own niche. I like the Yums when I wan thte bait to fall slower. The Kinamis fall exactly the same as Senkos. The Mesa Tackle seem to work well as a jerk bait. The Swee****er seem to fish very close to a Senko, but I haven't used htem much yet. -- Public Fishing Forums Fishing Link Index www.YumaBassMan.com webmaster at YumaBsssMan dot com "SHREDİ" wrote in message news:0Rgnc.33056$6L3.14247@fed1read05... I tried the 4" Yum Dingers late last season on a very limited basis and was very pleased. There's no way of knowing for sure, of course, but I had confidence that I caught about the same number of bass with them as I would have with Senkos. They cost 27˘ each compared to 60˘ for Senkos. In the 4" size, the Yums are approximately 15% lighter. |

I used the Gambler version of the Senko's in Florida and was really
impressed, very soft but a little more than half price of Senkos, 8 count bag for 2.99 and that was at the local gas station They didn't have many colors to choose from but they did produce fish. A real good selection of soft senko type stick baits can be found at the wacky worm, www.wackyworm.com. Huge variety of colors to choose from, very durable, great salt content and good falling action. I stock about 300 of these with my other tackle because they produce a lot of fish. I have not noticed any difference fishing these compared to fishing senkos, and I was one of the die hard pay the price for the product type guys, not anymore. 2.99 for a 10 pack and around 13.00 for a 50 ct. They have 5.5 inch 4 inch 3 inch, slims, chubby's craws and flukes. I was in there not too long ago and saw an employee weighing each wacko on a small digital scale. If it weighed less that a certain amount it was put on the side. I asked what he was doing and he explained that some are lighter that what is expected, and those are pulled out from production batches. Pretty neat quality control. and by the way just to let anyone who is interested know. I have no affiliation with them what so ever. Just a good product "Marty" wrote in message ... I sure am going to do what I can to get there. Last year my dad and I were
building my house, and trying to get it done before they left for Texas so I couldn't get away. This year I can't imagine anything right now that will keep me away. You guys make it sound like an event not to be missed... ![]() I do have the 4-man State Team deal two weeks later on the Chippewa Flowage that I need to prefish for, but I'll try to keep the priorities straight. 1) NWC 2) Everything else.
