I saw the headline and I thought, hmm, dropping dead while arguing a
case. I thought of "Mystery, Alaska."

Dateline, Raleigh, North Carolina. Uh-oh, I think to myself.

Defense lawyer. Oh, ****.

The name, however, ruled out our friends in the Old North State.

The court house had no defibrillators (whether that particular piece of
equipment would have helped is outside my scope of knowledge of
defibrillators and infarctions) but I did find it strange that the
emergency personnel responding didn't have one, either. Maybe they just
happened to be in the building on another errand.

Anyway, the Cackalackey Lawyer Dry Fly and See-Through Club
constituency is still firing synapses in a reasonable pattern, right?
