Dateline Merrill, Wi

Well, After being on the road from last Sunday afternoon till Thursday
night and having a root canal Friday morning, I finally got out on the
WI River again. Launched at 9:30/10:00am and loaded up at 3:00pm.
Had a large chub out and threw stick baits, craw jigs, beetle spins,
inline spinners , I came away with 4 small Smallies. Each was about
13" and weighed in at about 3/4#. Had several hits on the beetle
spins, nothing on anything else. All Smallies came on beetle spins
and inline spinners, actuall 2 each. The water was about 12/15"
higher than last time.
