Power loading / Winnebago County

Ok, this to me is just complete BULLSH**. Winnebago county here in
Wisconsin has just posted all the launches as "No Power loading", and
site that it "Undermines the Launch". Ok, if that is the case, where is
my $25 a year going along with the money people pay to launch on a daily
basis. If it goes to the guy who comes around to collect it, then hell
I want that job! Seriously though, who would I contact about this? I
know the DNR is handing out the fines, and it is a count for it, so it
must be a state thing, right? So do I contact my congressman?

If Power loading undermines the launch then dredge out the launch and
pour concrete out further, or is that an over simplification? The city
can blow $500k on a stupid Sun Dial, but can't make the launches power
load friendly? I apologize for getting worked up about something maybe
minor in some people's eyes, but fishing and therefore boating is a
HUGE part of my life, and I thought we lived in a Democracy.
