Default Battery charging

I have an onboard charging system, 3 bank 5/5/5 amp. If I leave it on it boils
the water out of the 2 deep cycle batteries but not the starting batteries. I
have never had to add water to the starting battery. anyone else had this
problem...Thanks

I gave up on onboard chargers. They are ok for heavy use when out of town
stretching an extension cord out the window of your motel rooom, but for
regular maintaining I prefer automatic float carry chargers. I use a 2/4/6
amp Black & Decker I bought at Wally World. I've got five of them now. I
figured when I have a couple extra dollars I'ld go pick up a couple more to
have spares on the shelf. At 29.95 each I can buy a lot of them for the
price of one 3 bank on board charger.

Default Battery charging

I just had the same problem a few months back, I had some 24 series
everstarts and my onboard charger cooked them, now I have 29 series and
I disconnect them as soon as the green charge light comes on. I think my
charger failed to just trickle after they were fully charged.
