Texas Flats
BlankHi all,
Anyone fished the flats around Port Mansfield, TX? I'm headed there in Feb '04 and would appreciate any firsthand info. I flyfish only and am more interested in the local tarpon (if they hang around in the winter) and (snook?) than the trout and redfish.
