Still access only from rte 9, and I expect we will not live to see
that change. As I have mentioned previously, if you park your car just east of the filtration station on rte 9, (stay a distance away from the no parking signs), and follow the cart road up to the Y-Pool, it is actually an easier walk than it is from the old parking area above the power station. A bit longer, but dead level. At the moment, the flow is about twice the normal high flow, and still rising, so wading access is very difficult.
