Portland, OR Conditions?

Seems like I've been chained to my desk recently, and haven't even been
able to think about fishing other than reading ROFF. Does anyone know what
if anything is running in the Porland area? Do I have to wait for late
December for the next run, or will the rain bring fish into the Sandy and
Clackamas?
